    Here are some tips to add weight fast.

    Don't drink water before meals.
    Eat more often.
    Drink milk.(but not at night)
    Try weight gainer shakes.
    Add cream to your coffee.
    Take creatine.
    Get quality sleep.

    I agree with @Jerry ojo on adding up your weight in a short time. however, with having much more enough sleep is a strong factor to increase in weight in a very short time.

    Most importantly do not skip meals and have enough rest as to quantify your work loads on a daily.
