    1. You can take care of yourself to reduce stress.
    2. Eat healthy, well-balanced meals.
    3. Talk to others. Share your problems and how you are feeling and coping with a parent, friend, counselor, doctor, or pastor.
    4. Avoid drugs and alcohol. Drugs and alcohol may seem to help with the stress.
    5. Take a break.

    I really doubt if exercise can reduce stress, its better one should not do things in hurry to reduce stress.. That's my own view.
